We're Hiring: Full-Time Video Editors (4 Positions)
📍 Preferred Location: Noida
We're looking for video editors who don't just know Premiere Pro or After Effects.
We want storytellers who understand human psychology, audience retention, and emotional pacing-people who know how to create videos that keep viewers watching until the very end.
What You'll Do
Edit high-performing short-form content (Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts)
Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos
Craft strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling that maximize audience retention
Collaborate with content strategists to turn ideas into viral content
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of professional video editing experience
Strong understanding of storytelling and viewer psychology
Experience editing content for Instagram and YouTube
Ability to create edits that keep audiences engaged-not just visually appealing
Good communication skills and openness to feedback and iterations
