Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Financial Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on financial products, compliance, and sales techniques. You will play a vital role in enhancing employee financial knowledge, improving performance, and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and deliver training programs on financial products, services, compliance, and selling techniques.
✅ Develop engaging materials — presentations, manuals, case studies, and assessments.
✅ Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees and partners.
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
✅ Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and market trends.
✅ Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design custom learning modules.
✅ Maintain training records and prepare reports on outcomes.
✅ Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions.
✅ Ensure all compliance-related training (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, etc.) is up to date.
✅ Mentor and support learners throughout their development process.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
💼 2–5 years of experience in training, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
📘 Strong understanding of financial products — mutual funds, insurance, loans, investments, etc.
💬 Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
💻 Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
🎥 Ability to conduct both in-person and virtual sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ NISM / AMFI / IRDA certifications preferred.
⭐ Experience in sales or customer-facing training roles.
⭐ Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
